Acceptable Use Policy

最後更新:

本文件目前僅提供英文版本,並以英文版本為準。

ClipTap gives people powerful tools to make images, video, and audio. This Acceptable Use Policy, part of our Terms of Service, sets out what those tools may not be used for. It applies to everything you put into the Service — prompts, uploads, references, scripts — and to everything you generate or publish with it. The AI model providers we connect to also enforce their own content rules, and a request they refuse may fail.

目錄
  1. 1. Prohibited content
  2. 2. Abuse of the Service
  3. 3. Real people and disclosure
  4. 4. Enforcement
  5. 5. Reporting

1.Prohibited content

You may not use ClipTap to create, upload, or share:

  • Any sexual or sexualized content involving minors, or content that sexualizes minors in any way. We report such content to the relevant authorities, including NCMEC.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery: sexual or nude depictions of a real person without their consent, including synthetic or "deepfake" imagery.
  • Deceptive impersonation of real people: content that depicts a real, identifiable person saying or doing things they did not say or do, in a way intended or likely to deceive, including fake endorsements and fabricated news footage.
  • Content intended to interfere with elections or civic processes, such as false information about when, where, or how to vote.
  • Harassment, bullying, threats, or content that incites violence, or that promotes hatred against people based on protected characteristics.
  • Content that promotes or glorifies terrorism or violent extremism, or gives meaningful help to commit serious violence.
  • Content that encourages self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
  • Material that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, right of publicity, privacy, or other rights, including using another person's likeness or voice without the permission you need.
  • Fraud, scams, phishing, or other content meant to deceive people for gain.
  • Content that is otherwise illegal where you are or where it will be shown.

2.Abuse of the Service

You may not:

  • upload malware or use the Service to distribute it;
  • probe, scan, or test the Service's vulnerabilities without our permission (report issues to [email protected] instead), or bypass authentication, rate limits, or access controls;
  • scrape the Service or use automated means to access it other than through our documented API and MCP server within their limits;
  • overload or disrupt the Service or other users' use of it;
  • create accounts or workspaces in bulk, share or resell accounts, or otherwise abuse promotions, refunds, or failed-generation credit returns;
  • resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties as a standalone product without a written agreement with us;
  • use the Service or its output to build a competing product, or to extract our models, prompts, or data;
  • try to get AI models to produce prohibited content by evading their safety filters.

3.Real people and disclosure

Using real people's likenesses and voices can be legitimate — for a cast member who agreed to it, for parody, or for commentary. When you do, get the consent and releases your production needs, don't present synthetic footage as real where that could mislead, and label AI-generated media where the law or the platform you publish on requires it.

4.Enforcement

We may review content that is reported to us or that automated checks flag, and we may remove content, block a generation, suspend a person or a workspace, or terminate an account that violates this policy. Serious violations — such as content sexualizing minors — lead to immediate termination and reporting to authorities. Where appropriate we will explain what happened and how to appeal.

5.Reporting

To report content or behavior that violates this policy, email [email protected] with a link or description. To report a security vulnerability, email [email protected].
